Thankful Thursday – 5/15/08

I’m thankful I had the day off from everything today. I stayed home and sent Stephan up to nana’s. Got lots of much needed rest, made it to the gym, got a few errands done and now I just get to chill before the boys come home. I’m looking forward to doing this more often in June & July.

I’m thankful I made it to the gym today. It’s been too long with Stephan not feeling well and then I wasn’t feeling well. I’ve got to get back into my routine … again.

I’m thankful that our family is finally healthy. Seems like it’s been a while since everyone was at 100%!

I’m thankful we get haircuts this weekend. Stephan and I are pretty shaggy. I’m not sure if I’ll do anything different but we’ll see. I’m just glad to be getting my bangs cut to a more normal length!

I’m thankful for my crazy coworker. She’s applying for jobs and while this can be annoying as she hogs the computer while at work, she paid me $20 to go get something scanned for her. Whatever, gave me something to do and got me out of there for 30 minutes.

I’m thankful that I finally have my mother’s day gifts. A beautiful necklace and a cute pair of earrings. Let’s just say that Andy did a better job picking out the jewelry this year than I did. NEVER buy jewelry online. Trust me, just don’t do it.

I’m thankful we have our stroller back. We had a little mishap with one of the wheels and after a few weeks and a little bit of drama, Maclaren did us right. Fixed the issue and now we have our stroller working like new! I’ll never buy anything but Maclaren’s since they are the right height for us tall folk and are just plain well made strollers, nice to know they have great customer service too. (Helps when you can find a good deal, I’m not sure I’d want to pay full price.)
